CertPro Privacy Policy

CertPro is the operations system of Certified Woodwork Services, Inc. (“Certified,” “we,” “us”), a cabinet installation company in Corona, California. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with CertPro, including its text-message (SMS) notifications.

Information we collect

CertPro stores business-operations information: names, work email addresses, and mobile phone numbers of our employees and business partners; work schedules and assignments; and job and billing records related to our cabinet installation work.

How we use it

We use this information solely to run our business: scheduling work, notifying our field team of assignments and schedule changes, quality-control reporting, invoicing, and payroll preparation. SMS notifications are operational only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Sharing — and what we never share

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that operate CertPro’s infrastructure (hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery), and only as needed to deliver those services.

Text messaging

Employees and business partners may choose to receive work-schedule text notifications by signing a written SMS-consent form. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, of any purchase or service, or of doing business with Certified — anyone who declines receives the same information by email. Message frequency varies with work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; opting out never affects employment or work assignments. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
